Get your van booked for private events
Djelato is where families and companies find ice cream vans for weddings, birthday parties, fun days and corporate events — and book them directly with the driver.
✓ Free to join · ✓ No commission · ✓ No contract
Your own free listing
Your van gets its own page on the Djelato hire directory — the place we point event planners, companies and families to when they're looking for an ice cream van in their area. Customers can call you straight from it.
Booking enquiries straight to you
A customer opens your page, fills in one short form — date, location, type of event — and it lands directly in your inbox with their contact details.
You deal with the customer yourself and keep 100% of what you charge. Djelato takes nothing from your bookings. Booking enquiries come with a paid plan.
The Verified badge
We check your street-trading licence and insurance once, and your page carries the ✓ Verified badge. That's what gives customers the confidence to book.
Only verified drivers can take booking enquiries — which is exactly why the badge is worth having.
The live map, too
Djelato is also the UK's live ice cream van map. When you're out trading, go live in the driver app and customers nearby can see you in real time and walk to you.
About 10 minutes, start to finish
Tap the button below. It opens the short application form.
Fill in your details and add a photo of your street-trading licence and insurance — a phone photo is fine.
We check and approve you. Then you're listed and verified. Customers can find you and call you, and you can add booking enquiries with a paid plan.
Joining, verification, your listing and going live on the map are free. Paid plans add booking enquiries, a custom map pin and a full profile page with photos and reviews. Leave any time.
