Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
Home base
Add your home postcode and Djelato will hide your pin from customers whenever you're within 400m of it — so neither the start nor the end of your shift shows where your van sleeps. You are never stopped from going live; your pin simply appears once you drive out of the area. The app will also gently remind you to go offline if you arrive home still showing as "live". Your postcode is private, is never shown on the map, and is never shared with customers or other drivers.
My directory listing
Customers find you on the Djelato directory by searching where their event is. Tell them your base town and how far you'll travel. This is shown publicly — it's your shop sign, not your address (your home postcode above stays private). Leave the town blank and save to come off the directory.
Verification documents
Your ✓ Djelato Verified badge runs on an in-date Street Trading Licence. Renew it here before it runs out — if it expires, your van comes off the map, your public page is hidden, and you can't go live until Djelato approves your new licence.

Every booking enquiry sent to your van, and every review a customer has left — so your inbox is never the only record. Reply to enquiries by email or phone; reviews appear on your public page once Djelato has checked them.

Close your Djelato account
Closing is permanent: we remove your van from the map and delete your account, listing, documents and any subscription. It can't be undone.
💡 Worth knowing: cancelling stops your plan from renewing, but if you're on a paid tier you've already paid for this month — closing now means the rest of it goes unused, with no refund. Unless you're 100% sure, it usually makes sense to enjoy the time you've already paid for and close later.
